One room. The right people in it.
The Network is the club behind LOUNGE77: property owners, investors and founders who prefer to do business with people they already know. Membership is not sold. It is extended, by a partner of the group, to people the room can vouch for.
Members bring what they are working on. The club brings the counterpart: the buyer, the tenant, the operator, the co-investor. Reception arranges the room, the club arranges the introduction, and the terms are set in private.
Relationships built through the club include commercial agreements with Amazon and noon.

02—The Venue
The bar sits at the centre. Everything is arranged around it.
One circular bar, under one gold ring. From it you can see every lounge door and every car on the floor. It is where guests are received, where the wait before a meeting becomes part of the meeting.
Across the marble, cars stand on lit plinths — displays that change with the season and with the partners who bring them. The floor is a gallery first, and a place to wait that never feels like waiting.
The kitchen serves every lounge on the hour: a morning table, a working lunch, an evening reception or a chef's table for the room. Tell reception what the meeting needs. Nothing is improvised.

No door to knock on. An introduction.
LOUNGE77 is the meeting house of a private group. It is not open to the public and it is not rented by the hour. Access is by invitation only.
Already introduced? Your invitation link opens the door on its own. Reception cannot issue a code on request.
Not networking. Connection.
01Who it is for
Partners of the group, the members they trust, and the prospective investors they bring to the table. Nobody signs up. Everyone is known.
02How you get in
A partner introduces you. Reception reviews the introduction by hand and sends your personal invitation by email — a code that is yours alone.
03What happens then
You request a time. We choose the room, prepare it, and confirm. When you arrive, reception already knows your name and how you take your coffee.
