Terms of Use
The terms of the house.
These terms govern your use of the LOUNGE77 website and member area, and your presence in the house as an invited partner, member or guest. Entering with your personal code means you accept them.

01
Who these terms are with
These Terms of Use are between you and LOUNGE77, the meeting house of a private property group founded in 2025 ("LOUNGE77", "we", "us"). They apply to the website at lounge77.ae, the member area, communications with reception, and your use of the meeting house at Imperial Avenue, Burj Khalifa Street (adjacent to Al Ghafoor Mosque), Downtown Dubai, Dubai (together, the "Services").
Where you enter the house on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for the people you bring.
02
A private house
LOUNGE77 is private and invitation-only. It is not open to the public, it is not rented by the hour and nothing on the website is an offer of goods or services to the public. Access is granted at our discretion, on the introduction of a partner, and may be withdrawn at any time.
An invitation does not create a membership contract, a lease, a licence over any part of the premises, or any right to a particular room or time. It is a personal courtesy that we may end at any time without notice or reason.
03
Your personal code
Your personal invitation code is yours alone. You must not share it, forward your personal link, or allow anyone else to enter with it. If you believe your code is known to someone else, tell reception at once and we will issue a new one.
You are responsible for what is done in the member area with your code until you tell us otherwise. We may suspend or replace a code at any time.
04
Meeting requests
A meeting request is a request. It is confirmed only when reception says so. We assign lounges at our discretion and may change the room, propose another time or decline a request without giving a reason. Confirmations are made by hand and communicated on WhatsApp or by email.
If you cannot attend a confirmed meeting, tell reception as early as you can. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may lead to your invitation being suspended.
05
Guests and introductions
Partners may introduce guests. When you introduce someone you confirm that they have agreed to be introduced, that the details you give are accurate, and that you have told them how we handle personal data (see our Privacy Notice).
You remain responsible for the conduct of the guests you bring into the house. Introduced guests are received on the same terms as you.
06
Conduct in the house
The house exists for leaders to think, speak and decide together. We ask that you:
- treat the people, the rooms and the cars with care, and follow the reasonable directions of reception and building security;
- keep the conversations you hear in the house confidential — what is said in a lounge stays in the lounge;
- do not photograph, film or record other people in the house without their clear consent, and do not publish images of the interior or of other members;
- do not use the house or the member area for anything unlawful, for solicitation, or in a way that damages the standing of the group;
- comply with UAE law and the rules of the building at all times.
We may ask anyone to leave, and may suspend or withdraw an invitation, where these expectations are not met.
07
Hospitality and property
Hospitality in the house is provided as a courtesy. Any arrangement for catering or other services beyond the ordinary provision of the house is agreed separately with reception in writing.
You are responsible for loss of or damage to the premises, furnishings, artworks or vehicles caused by you or your guests, other than fair wear and tear. Personal belongings are brought into the house at your own risk.
08
The website and member area
The website and member area are provided as they are and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw them at any time. We do our best to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information on the public website is descriptive only.
You must not attempt to gain access to any part of the Services you are not invited to, to interfere with their operation, or to copy or scrape their content.
09
Intellectual property
The LOUNGE77 name, wordmark, the "77" pattern, the renders and photographs of the house and all content of the Services belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than to view the Services as intended.
10
Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice, in line with applicable UAE data protection law. By using the Services you acknowledge that notice.
11
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profit arising from your use of the Services or your presence in the house; and our total liability to you in connection with the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to AED 10,000.
We are not party to, and accept no responsibility for, any business or agreement concluded between people who meet at the house.
12
Ending access
You may end your invitation at any time by telling reception; we will then remove your access and handle your data as our Privacy Notice describes. We may suspend or withdraw an invitation at any time. Sections 6, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 14 continue to apply after access ends.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Where a change is significant, reception will tell members directly. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
14
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we waive it.
