How we look after what you tell us.

This notice is issued by LOUNGE77, the meeting house of a private property group founded in 2025 ("LOUNGE77", "we", "us"). We operate the meeting house at Imperial Avenue, Burj Khalifa Street (adjacent to Al Ghafoor Mosque), Downtown Dubai, Dubai, the website at lounge77.ae, the member area and the operations tools reception uses to run the house.

For anything in this notice, write to info@lounge77.ae or message reception on WhatsApp. Reception will route your request to the person responsible for personal data.

We collect personal data in three situations: when a partner introduces you, when you use the member area, and when you visit the house.

• Introduction details — your name, company, title, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and the line the introducing partner writes about you.
• Invitation details — your personal invitation code, your tier (partner, member or introduced guest), who introduced you and when your invitation was issued.
• Meeting requests — the purpose, date, time, duration and number of guests of each meeting you request, the names of attendees if you choose to give them, any note you add, and the lounge reception assigns.
• Communications — messages you exchange with reception on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, and the fact that an invitation or confirmation was sent to you.
• Visits — the date and time of your meetings at the house. Reception may keep a brief hospitality note (for example a seating or dietary preference) so that the room is prepared as you like it.
• Technical data — the member area remembers your device after you enter with your code. This is stored on your device only. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the member area.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal data. If you are asked to bring identification for building access, it is checked at the door and not recorded by us.

We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following bases under applicable UAE data protection law:

• To consider and issue your invitation — reviewing an introduction, issuing a personal code and sending you your personal link. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a private, invitation-only house, and the steps needed before you enter.
• To arrange your meetings — receiving your request, assigning a lounge, preparing the room, confirming by hand and sending calendar details. Basis: performance of our arrangement with you.
• To communicate with you — on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, about your invitation, your meetings and the house. Basis: performance of our arrangement with you and our legitimate interest in receiving you well. We do not send marketing.
• To keep the house safe and orderly — knowing who is expected, who introduced whom, and suspending access where the house rules are not kept. Basis: our legitimate interests in security and in the integrity of the group.
• To meet legal obligations — where UAE law requires us to keep or disclose records.

Reception communicates with members principally on WhatsApp. When you message reception, or when reception sends you an invitation or confirmation, your phone number and the content of the conversation are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms and privacy policy, and may be transferred outside the UAE by that provider. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, tell reception and we will use email or phone instead.

Your personal data is seen by reception and the small operations team that runs the house. Within the group, the partner who introduced you can see that you have been introduced and the status of that introduction, but not your meeting requests.

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers who host our systems and deliver our communications, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality — including WhatsApp as described above.
• Building management and security at the house, to the extent needed for access on the day of your meeting.
• Authorities and advisers where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of people at the house.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share member lists with anyone.

Our systems may be hosted outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so only in accordance with applicable UAE data protection law, relying on transfers to jurisdictions with adequate protection or on appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient.

We keep your personal data while your invitation is active. If your access is suspended or withdrawn, or you ask us to end it, we delete or anonymise your data within twelve months, except where we must keep records for longer under UAE law or to resolve a dispute. Introduction requests that are declined are deleted within twelve months of the decision.

Meeting records are kept for the same period, in summary form, so that the house can plan its capacity.

Under applicable UAE data protection law you may, subject to conditions and exceptions, ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop processing your data for a particular purpose, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• receive your data in a structured, machine-readable form where technically feasible.

To exercise a right, write to info@lounge77.ae. We will respond within the time required by law and may ask you to confirm who you are. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office or another competent authority.

Access to member data is limited to reception and the operations team, on protected devices, and every invitation code is personal. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small volume and modest sensitivity of the data we hold. No system is entirely secure; if we learn of a breach that is likely to affect you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

The house and its digital services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may revise this notice from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Where a change is significant, reception will tell members directly.
